Our leaders
Adrian Levy and Dr. Robert Lorber have worked together since 1979.
Their organizations have implemented productivity improvement systems
for companies on five continents – Kraft Foods, Teichert Inc., SantaFe
International, Chevron, BP/Amoco, Occidental Petroleum, Gilette,
Sutter Health, American Express, Mattel, Allied Signal, Raley’s VSP,
Maxtor, ETS, Wells Fargo, Pillsbury, Pfizer, Kaufman and Broad, Tower,
Interfor, Canfor and many other medium and Fortune 500 companies.

Adrian Levy
Adrian Levy is an internationally recognized expert on
performance
coaching, performance management, change implementation,
leadership,
teamwork, culture and organizational development
strategy. He has
over 25 years practical experience in leading resources
worldwide
on performance coaching and corporate change.
Mr. Levy is an established professional speaker who has
delivered
presentations for university, profit and non-profit
audiences
in North America. He has also shared his insights at
universities
and
on radio and with newspaper audiences across the
country. Also,
Mr. Levy serves on a non-for-profit Board in the health
care industry.
Adrian Levy has a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Behavioral Psychology
and a Masters of Science Degree in Counseling from Long
Island University,
New York. Born in California, residing in Vancouver, BC,
Canada with
his wife Elizabeth and their two adult children Kira and
Cody, he
continues to develop his business entities in both
countries.

Robert L. Lorber
Dr. Lorber is an internationally recognized expert and
published
author on executive coaching, performance management,
leadership,
teamwork, culture and developing strategy. He is one of
the leading
resources worldwide on executive coaching with Chief
Executive
Officers and company Presidents. He is the co-author of
the New
York Times
bestseller Putting the One Minute Manager to Work, which
he created
with the renowned management consultant Dr. Ken
Blanchard and
One Page Management, co-authored with Dr. Riaz Khadem. He
is currently
completing his most recent book titled More Meaningful
Days with
co-authors Lynne Desmond Cage and Patricia Shafer. He
has also
written
numerous articles and monographs, including Effective
Feedback:
the Key to Performance; the ABC’s of Productivity Through
People; and How to Implement Change.
Dr. Lorber is an established professional speaker who has
delivered
presentations for profit and non-profit audiences
throughout the
world. He has also shared his insights with television,
radio and
newspaper audiences across the country.
Dr. Lorber works with numerous Boards of Directors on
Governance
and effective Board participation. Currently he serves
on Dean’s
Advisory Council for the Graduate School of Management
at UC Davis,
the UC Davis School of Medicine’s Board of Visitors and
many
other corporate and not for profit Boards. Some of these
include
Tower Records, The Blanchard Companies, Basic American
Industries,
the Hugh O’Brian Youth Foundation, the Sacramento Region
Community
Foundation, Sukut Construction, Sacramento
Entrepreneurship Academy,
Leadership Traq and J&M Realty.
In addition to his executive coaching, consulting,
writing and
speaking pursuits, Dr. Lorber is an Associate Professor of
his
alma mater –the
Graduate School of Management of the University of
California at
Davis – where he teaches both Leadership and Strategic
Planning.
Dr. Lorber received a Masters’ Degree in Sociology and
a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology. He resides in
Davis, California
with
his wife Sandy and their three daughters Tracie, Lindie
and Kaylie.
